FART Magazine was lucky to have the actress who visited The Golden Temple in Amritsar recently and shared what she felt after the beatific journey. Pisal says the place is not only a religious locale but also epitomizes brotherhood. “I’m feeling blessed after visiting the place and offering my prayers. The Golden Temple in Amritsar also popularly introduced as Darbar Sahib is not only an India’s central religious place of the Sikhs, but also a symbol of human brotherhood and equality. Everybody, irrespective of cast, creed or race can seek spiritual solace and religious fulfilment without any hindrance. It also represents the distinct identity, glory and heritage of the Sikhs”, says Pisal.
Pisal’s Way to Fame
Actress Kajal Pisal was seen in many shows, “Saath Nibhana Saathiya”, was one which gained her many admirers. The actress in her salad days says the place permits one to speak with the atmosphere. She adds, “Whether you are religious or not the atmosphere inside the Golden Temple is undeniable. There are hundreds of people circling the walkway almost every time yet it was always so utterly peaceful. Over the speakers there is the constant rhythm and chant of the musicians and religious leaders reciting the holy book from the inside of the temple. Yet, this is not intrusive or loud and simply adds to the overwhelmingly enchanting feeling in the air.”
Pisal Shares the Best way to Plan the Trip
Pisal last seen in Udaan, the actress feels anyone who plans the visit to the temple should catch the sunrise and the sunset. “Visiting the Golden Temple at any time of day is a memorable affair however to add shine to your trip try visiting at sunrise as well as the sunset. The Golden Temple looks different at each time of day with its sparkling walls changing colour from the early misty morning to the late afternoon. Once the sun sets, be sure to stick around as the Golden Temple is lit up amongst the darkness; it is something spectacular and worth watching.”
When it comes to movies she is just open to play any kind of character that is prominent, promising and challenging. She adds, “I won’t mind whether it is a positive or negative role. I believe screen value is the most important criteria.”
